If the old codger's hoping that Danny Ward is going to save us, he's barking up the doolally tree. His comments are becoming more and more Fotheringhamesque by the day. I was hoping, nay praying that this fella was going to perform some kind of miracle, but sadly one's prayers have gone unanswered.
What hope do we now have? The only hope lies in the B team and a seven foot tall striker who still, bizarrely, hasn't yet made it onto the bench for the first team. What's the point of playing long ball shite if there's nobody up there? We can't play this style when none of our attackers ever wins a header.
And there, ladies and gentlemen, rests our final chance at survival. A striker from the non league who still hasn't played in the Championship.

I suspect he plays more like Collin Quaner than Peter Fletcher or Andy Booth. How many have pinged in off his thru'penny bit head for the U23's/B team?
I'd be more tempted to go with Harratt, as long as he leaves the pooches at home.

So has Harratt Snoots. We could use a poacher in the box right now
Wagbo's teams don't score (often), Corb's teams don't score many but they score a few more. One more than us today I know and but for the penalty it's debateable they'd have scored in open play today.
Rather start with Ward and Rhodes up front on Wednesday, I know it didn't work well before but we've different idea's in the dugout now. You can have Hudlin if I can have Harratt, but both on the bench to start with.
It's debateable whether Town have a forward at any level that could score in the proverbial house of ill repute (with the red light above the front door) for the first team right now.
