Given the late kick-off and the lack of return trains I don't blame you Wakey. You can't get back to Halifax from Huddersfield these days after an evening kick-off let alone anywhere that's a bit more distant. Good to know that now the government is running everything again, apparently, the trains are all running to schedule, even though it's pretty much a 9-5 schedule.

Carlos' press conference and link to the Baggies thread added to the opening post.

I see it's the full blown Esparanto version AmChaff. Thumb up

At this moment in time I think it's a bit disrespectful to have more Town replies on a Baggies match thread than Baggies replies. I'll wait until the morning, well maybe Big Grin

You've not read the papers, have you, Theo?

Embarassed Town fans have defaced Herbert Chapman's statue down in London after evidence proved that Huddersfield Town had fielded a non-registered player in the 1925 match v Accrington Stanley. The Football League have announced that a points deduction of 6 points would now give the 1925 Championship, instead, to Leeds United, and that they are also considering a 12-point deduction for this season 2022.....

Get out of that, cheats.

He does now your playing him in his best position. Still, we got him for about £1.5m, sold him for about 10x what he cost us, not a bad bit of biz on our part.
