We won that despite the fact it took our manager 72minutes to work out that we didn’t need 4 at the back.

I just don't get what Carlos was thinking at half time
He says "As soon as they stopped making transitions into attack, I felt that changing Matty Pearson for one more midfielder would help the team attack more. We put Eiting into midfield and moved another, Hoggy, into centre back - to add another attacking player."
But that didn't add another midfielder into the game, we just moved Hogg back and replaced him in the middle of the park.
What he should've done at Half time at the latest is what he did in the 72nd minute. Why did it take him so long to figure out that we didn't need 4 at the back.
We won that game despite the managers tactics

I thought he did the right thing with the subs. Wasn't it great having somebody like Eiting to bring on. Even though his first three passes went astray.
I was surprised at the red card. I thought he'd given it for hand ball at first, but watching the replay, yes it was the correct decision.
Holmes was trying too hard. Luckily he kept at it and got his bit of luck. Buy a ticket, you might win, etc etc.
Sorba had an off night. Some of his passing was poor, but he still looks our best threat. If his passing had been on target, maybe we could've put five or six past this lot.
Nice to see Jordan back on the score sheet. A bit stupid of the BBC to say he's ended his barren spell with the club. He's been away for nine years, you twerp!
So we're fifth in the table, but not playing particularly well. Not only that, but we are only five points behind Blackburn in the second automatic place. Blackburn? We're better than Blackburn! Automatic promotion is not beyond us.
Do the fans believe? The atmosphere was flat again. Out sung by the away fans again. I don't want to criticise the Cowshed Loyal, but there's just a few lads at the front making an effort, but, and it's a big but, they need to get the whole crowd involved. It's no use singing songs that nobody knows the words to. What on earth is that "Whoa oh Huddersfield Town"? Nobody knows the words and it's no tune to it.
Whereas the Derby fans.....simple chant, easily to do, everybody joins in.

He could've just taken Hogg off and replaced him with Eiting at half time if all he wanted to do was put a more attacking player on.
Moving Hogg to CB was just ridiculous, and at one point it nearly cost us in the second half

Yeah but Hoggy's the skipper. It did seem a bit daft. We had Toofs at centre back then and Lewis at left back.
Talking of left back, it was rather annoying in the first half to see Danny Ward in that position when we were looking for a quick break. We're playing against ten men and our centre forward is at left back.
