Definitely a risky appointment with the unimpressive Gary Caldwell as his no 2. A big question posed by many Hibs fans is, "Why appoint another manager who looks like he is not as good as the previous one"?

Remember when Mowbray was appointed and Hibs fans were all going.....who?, why?..... Turned out to be a breath of fresh air and got the team playing some of the best football seen at Easter Road for years.
Nearly all of the names being talked about certainly didn't inspire me ......so you never know.
Whoever it is we need to give them a chance.

A glowing "report card" re Shaun Maloney and future expectations at HFC coming from Roberto Martinez. Praise indeed! We can only wait n see how it all unfolds in the months ahead, but the early signs are good.
