RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 04-11-2022 Bradford have sacked him and sent him back. We're having an internal disciplinary in which hopefully he will be kicked out. Can't have twats like that at a family friendly club. Murderer! RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - WakeyTerrier - 04-11-2022 So according to last nights Q&A it's likely that our Premier League loans will return to the parent clubs in January. (I was told a while back that the Villa lad had already gone back, don't know if that is true or not) Oh and Scott High will be a future Town captain and will never be sold RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 04-11-2022 Makes sense as the Villa lad hasn't been seen since Luton and I wouldn't be surprised if his treatment was part of the er, "Hoggy discussion"?. Have to wonder if Pat Jones isn't somewhere in this equation with Hoggy too as his "injury" surely wasn't that bad that he also barely gets a mention in the despatches let alone a place in the squad? These "I've only had one session with them" claims like he's got no involvement in all this are starting to wear thin. He's admitted dropping Thomas to the reserve squad for training "to tire him out" this week. Yeah, OK, we believe ya fella. You've got a skull made of plate glass that is easy to see through. Know anyone that needs one? No animals were killed on the day he was arrested. Your proof of murder is? He's paid his fine, sold his dogs, said he's sorry. Hell that almost makes him Home Office or even Prime Minister material given what our Government lets MP's get away with. Not excusing what he did but we occasionally seem to have some strange things to get on our high horses about in this country while letting kiddy fiddlers of certain races run free because we don't want to appear to be racist (and yes I do vote Labour and Labour Councils need to get their bloody acts together on this). Meaningless words. He's been caught twice. How many times has he been and not been caught? Don't want pricks like that in our club. As for nonces, I would say the same about any sex offender playing for Town. And any f***er who goes fox hunting as well. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Amelia Chaffinch - 04-11-2022 So would I. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 04-11-2022 Also interesting that a law that has likely been ignored for yonks was updated on August 1st and was suddenly implemented. Coincidence or whatever but some of our boys in blue get wind of a new law and go to town on it to push it as far as they can. The ladies in London doing a vigil for one of them that was killed by a cop were also doing something deemed illegal at the time and the police response was totally ott, but they still arrested women who were peacefully going about their business until Plod dived in with multiple size 12 boots. Meanwhile Bodgit throwing parties in Downing Street most nights of the week was totally ignored by the boys in blue watching the suitcases of wine appearing and listening to Dancing Queen in the garden every night. I'm not defending what he's done, it is illegal, but you have to compare it to some of the double standards we have in this country to try and get a balance and work out, how when we've a police force that can't find time to follow up on theft, burglaries, rapes, violence, murders, bombs at music venues, child and family abuse and feck knows what else then suddenly find the time to turn up in a field in the middle of nowhere concerned about three blokes with some dogs who aren't walking on a public footpath. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 04-11-2022 Well you could write a whole book about the police force and what's wrong there. They've had a crackdown on this kind of thing by the look of it. I would imagine that that's all done and dusted now and you won't see a copper in a field anywhere now. Don't be surprised if it turns out that somebody with a vested interest in the gambling industry wanted to put a stop to the illegal gambling that goes with hare coursing and put pressure on some Minister somewhere to get Plod to move in. Nothing to do with preventing animal cruelty, more on preventing loss of revenue for the betting industry. Just a thought. No evidence to back this up. ![]() RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 04-11-2022 There would have been far more more than 3 involved in that case. What I'm getting at is the "law" is often applied ad-hoc just to keep me'n'thee in our place whilst the rich bastards get away with far worse than murder, even if it makes their lawyers rich. For us plebs it's often cheaper to take the wrap on the knuckles than hire a suit to get us off the charge. You might want to check out how many convicted "criminals" of even minor offences are sitting on the benches of the red and green benches of Parliament before getting high and mighty about a lad who 'appen thought this was nowt unusual. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 07-11-2022 Nathan Jones to Southampton. ![]() RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 07-11-2022 Someone must have put a cheeky tenner on that - ten bob that is ![]() You'd think they'd want someone better than Hassentaclütl though wouldn't you? |
