I think he will go for quite a bit more than that, that is the tabloids making up a fee or an agent doing the same.
With a few clubs interested, Leicester, Leeds, Villa, Everton and Shalka of Germany all muted with Leicester are favourites at present there could be a bidding war as Periera has shown what a good player he is.

RB Leipzig are reported to be interested in Pereira. If true then I can see him choosing to go there to be part of their project. He'd be back in Germany, playing in the Champions League and playing with a very talented group of technically gifted players.

If anyone's been watching QPR this year, is Sam Field good enough to play defensive mid in the Championship? We won't have Yokuslu, for sure.

Sam has been on the bench a lot for then. For me not quite up to the standard for top Championship or premier league side but will make an excellent living out of football.

I think the club will limit themselves to U.K. based coaches so with that in my mind, my first and only choice is the same guy that I wanted when Slaven departed. That is Marco Silva.
I think he is the younger Head Coach that we need to lead the reset and the football he would bring to the Hawthorns would be exciting. A 2 year project to achieve promotion, like Slaven had, would be realistic in my opinion.

On today's interesting selection... could it be that Sam is thinking towards next season and believes that Yokulsu and Gallagher could possibly stay on?
Or am I reading far too much into it and it's simply that Diagne was dropped for being late to training or something?
Grady starting with Maitland-Niles on the bench is what really had my cogs turning. Grady back seems very much geared around setting up for next season, but I was really surprised about Gallagher being selected over AMN in the middle of the park unless there's more to it. AMN has always been higher on the pecking order, but he's clearly the loanee who is most out of reach. Gallagher seems to be between Championship and Premier League standard at the moment, so maybe if he wants guaranteed football next season he'd be better coming back here than going to somewhere like Palace where he might be in and out of the team. Who knows. Probably just my analysis paralysis taking over.
