I thought the whole defense did well yesterday, Hull didn't score so job done!! Palmer frustrates me, defensively he is fine, his long throw should be a weapon we could use but he cannot seem to get the final ball right when gong forward!! He gets into some great positions built hits the first man with the cross or misses the pass, he really needs to improve this part of his game. Either way him and Hunt are a solid pair for the RB position.

Lee and Bannan did well first half but faded, Bannan in particular in the second half, Hutch for me was pretty anonymous most of the game. Without FF we lack that spark, the man who when he gets the ball does something different, at the start of the season I thought that man was Matias and while he does nowhere near the work that FF does, he does have the capability to do something different. Not sure where he was yesterday but maybe he will get a chance in the next couple of games.

derbys lost now we need a birmingham ipswich loss and cardiff to draw with the inform preston ?

And rotherham getting there first win under colin would be a bonus !

coming up weve got 2 easy games at home Rotherham and Charlton ( yep like xxxx ) and two knightmare away fixtures in Brighton and forest who always give us a tough ride even when they are shit ?

4 games then from that 9pts would be brilliant 7pts is a must ! and anything less and we will find ourselfs out of the top six !!

Boro.. currently conceding 1 goal every 2 games.

If they don't go up I'd be amazed.

I would have said that a few weeks ago but now I think it will go down to the wire between Boro, Hull and Burnley, who to me are the three best teams in the division.
