09/03/2016 : Proposals from Rangers FC to unite all Fans' Groups into one body, 'Club 1872'.

Note that the link to the proposals automatically downloads the PDF file containing the details.

The activities and funding are proposed at 47.5% shareholding, 47.5% other projects, which can also include shareholdings, with the remaining 5% for administration. The shareholding targets are initially 5%, then 10%, which enables the calling of meetings and also blocks compulsory purchase of shares in a takeover, then 25% plus 1 share, which would enable Club 1872 to block any negative takeover(s) of Rangers. The membership of Club 1872 will decide matters on one person, one vote basis and they will elect the board, which consist of 7 members.

At some point a sentient thought has to enter that warped mind.

Well, if it ever does there's no way it'll see the light of day. He's just here to troll.

These interim results show that we'd already be well in profit if we had any sort of acceptable retail deal in place.

On the face of it, it's been a fantastic first year for the board. Finances have improved massively, the football department has been revolutionary in both style and performance, and we're making back page headlines much much more than front page ones.

The difference between then and now is like night and day.

What's to comment on?, are you having a laugh. Firstly, these are unaudited accounts, secondly the fact that you are £9.5million in debt to the 3 bears and the King fella. So getting back to the top division is going to wipe out this debt- dream on. Great stuff on the park, off it, still in turmoil.

First off, these are half-year interims, they don't require to be audited. Nobody's interims are audited, normally. Secondly, this £9.5m debt has been agreed to be converted to equity. It doesn't need to be paid back. Ever. In the fullness of time, it gets converted to shares. Getting back to the top league won't wipe it out, because it doesn't need wiping out.

The only turmoil is in your head, it would appear..
