I was very worried and excited when Lai took over but the 3 year embargo by the Chinese government on monies going out of the country have dealt him a difficult hand but he never really showed any real intent on spending anyway.

The Dingles owners are Hong Kong based so can spend what they like. Troubling times but Lai isn’t entirely to blame, all Chinese owned clubs outside of a China are in the brown smelly stuff for at least another 18 months ish.

Is this true, WCA?
It might explain a lot - but why don't The Club just explain this situation to its fans? It's as if we're peripheral because we ONLY contribute about 10% of Turnover, (although that % will significantly increase as the Parachute Money expires).

Why didn't JP know of the Embargo? I thought he was only going to sell to "the right people".

I'm confused with the Neil link - in his words, before the game ~ "I have a job to do at Preston" as if to say he was staying there?
Then after the game "I expect something to happen in the next dew days" as if to say he was leaving?
At least GJ was honest when he said he was off to Luton and its pretty nailed on they will be in the Championship to boot.
My other blue n white stripes didn't do us a favour yesterday. So they are are all but out of the play offs now.
Keep the faith we just need to maintain our form now. COYB !!!

Sky have just announced that Neil has signed a 3 year contract......with Preston.

Yes. Just seen it as well.

Hilarious. What next. Before the next game Laugh

The article I read said that West Brom must be regretting sack DM but I certainly do not as we are playing better since then. But we are a joke after suggesting a new manager was already identified and could be in place soon.

Just to say we are fighting very hard to find an answer to the problem that we currently have.

No idea at moment why suddenly it’s happening as we have not changed anything.

Stairs, I thought for a moment you meant 'we' as a club and the problem was the manager/playing style.
Then I twigged.
Keep fighting the good fight!

We have not tried that before have we, oh dear oh dear oh dear!

We need to have a major restructure at the top, let's try a new approach, let's employ people who know football and can do their jobs, this abject failure and poor decision making is taking us to a dark place we don't want to be .......and I don't mean Wolverhampton or Bilston.
