After all he is a man of substantial means Wink

King cleared of contempt.

It's all going Pete Tong for Mr Ashley in the courts. See what happens when you stand up to a genuine bully.

Mr Justice Peter Smith seems to be an exceptionally diligent and insightful man. I think I like him. Big Grin

RE: RIFC - TheWorthinGer - 22-01-2016

Ashley ordered to pay all costs on "indemnity basis" meaning over the odds.

Nice one.

Rangers, can charge top rate fees for the time of any in house lawyers etc and so can hired in barristers. This is going to sting. Maybe not cash wise but his "tanks on the lawn" reputation will be suffering.

RE: RIFC - supercooper - 22-01-2016

His shareholders will not be happy one jot. That was a barrowload of negative publicity for the company.

RE: RIFC - Fredstersafool - 22-01-2016

He'll just take it out the money he's made on rangers shirt sales.

RE: RIFC - Trusevich - 22-01-2016

He can't touch a penny of that money without giving half of it to us. It's part of the dividend agreement.

RE: RIFC - Fredstersafool - 22-01-2016

So they reckon sports direct made £8m on Rangers retail over two years and you say he can't touch a penny or is it just the money on shirt sales alone he can't touch??
