You do realise Ashley pursuing this line of whatever you want to call it, doesn't mean the governing body didn't fulfill their obligation of stringent checks.
The last few years carry on coops,plus the half dozen or so court cases coming rangers way does our credibility no favours either. O can't see how anyone can deny that. The SFAs arrogance is unbelievable,as you found out yourself when you challenged the transfer embargo. Why should they not have to explain their decisions ? Who is going to be paying the SFAs legal costs for these potential cases ?
Way i see it is if they have carried out these "stringent" checks and have nothing to hide they wont mind going over it all with ashley's legal team.

I'm sure they are doing that exactly Jim. And as for the last few years carry on, all that did was bring Scottish football into the spotlight, nobody outside of Scotland gives a toss about us. Unless your'e an exile that is!
They will have to pay their own i'd have thought, but that's hardly the fault of Rangers if Ashley is playing games for the sake of it.
