RE: Match Thread - SWFC v QPR - Imre varadi - 23-10-2016 After watching the Highlights i thought there was nothing realy clear cut in the way of chances missed by us all where only half chances and most we made by Fessi who inturn scuffed his brilliant work So a clean sheat and 3pts was very pleasing ![]() ![]() Derby away well we all know how hard it is to win there wether it be new ground or old our record stinks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Then its Ipswich and Mick im not moving from our half except for a sucker punch McCarthey ![]() ![]() ![]() 1pt here though will have us sharping the knifes and throwing computers in the air ![]() ![]() And the other 2 are basically the same Bannana skin as each other ![]() ![]() Personally i think 7pts from the 4 games would be more than acceptable but i cant see more than 4pts coming because of the way we play infront of goal which so far has not been good enough ![]() RE: Match Thread - SWFC v QPR - Statesideowl - 23-10-2016 It wasn't a thriller to watch was it? If those were the 'highlights' then Jesus cristo ![]() We did the job though against an average team. We definitely aren't scoring like last season, but then again how far back do we have to go before you can recall us being prolific goal scorers? We haven't banged them in for fun in donkeys years. It seems the best we can do is have a tight defence, and steal games by a goal. It always feels like someone is due a battering, then we start saying we'll happily take the point ![]() Like you say though, Imre. I can't see much happening against Derby. baseball ground or not. I still can't figure out why they haven't started their season yet? Ipswich, again we haven't battered them since the early 90's if I'm remembering correctly? I think we'll be ok if we can somehow win one of those two ![]() RE: Match Thread - SWFC v QPR - madsteve - 23-10-2016 (23-10-2016, 16:18)Imre varadi Wrote: After watching the Highlights i thought there was nothing realy clear cut in the way of chances missed by us all where only half chances and most we made by Fessi who inturn scuffed his brilliant work So a clean sheat and 3pts was very pleasing Think we will beat Ipswich and win at least one of Derby, Fulham & Wolves, probably Fulham. I thought the QPR match was quite entertaining so not sure if the highlights were representative. We weren't great but we were better than we have been at home, which is encouraging for the future, particularly as a number of our players are not firing on all cylinders yet. RE: Match Thread - SWFC v QPR - Statesideowl - 23-10-2016 Well, Man U certainly received a spanking today. not a great return for the great one. RE: Match Thread - SWFC v QPR - Imre varadi - 23-10-2016 hes all washed up Mouh !! An facup at best is all thats left for him now and i dont think it would matter if he swapped places with Pepilapeuw because his tactics are outdated and hes becoming a bit of a dinosaur . RE: Match Thread - SWFC v QPR - BBB - 24-10-2016 Pleased to see your win against QPR. Wins against Ipswich and Fulham, though Derby could be a stumble, as could Wolves. So 2 wins and a possible draw in these games. |
