RE: Summer Transfer Thread - bluepooch - 25-07-2015

Saunders has just said we've accepted a bid of 1 .3 million .Who'd have thought little old Chestefield would be involved in deals of that size yet some say we are going backwards !

RE: Summer Transfer Thread - spireitematt - 26-07-2015

Just had a read on the stags board and they are saying that the Clucas deal is off because couldn't agree personal terms and they are making fun of us saying that the conference beckons for us, don't think they realise that we have still got some quality players in the team and some good youth players.

RE: Summer Transfer Thread - Devongone - 26-07-2015

I don't think I'd read the Stags board if I were you Matt. If the deal were off it would be for medical reasons. Hull will outpay us. And why would they laugh - it would mean they are losing money?

If the National League is beckoning us ......... on last season's form we'd only be providing a couple of local derbies.

Hardly ever read it. Mansfield will always be in our shadow they are just jealous because of where we are and because of what we've achieved in the last few years. There just bottom half cannon fodder for L2.

Brentford have entered the race with Leeds and Preston to sign Darikwa and Doncaster are apparently interested in Banks.

RE: Summer Transfer Thread - spireitematt - 27-07-2015

So just to recap.

Leeds, Preston, Brentford, MK Dons and Rotherham are after Tendayi Darikwa

MK Dons and Preston are after Sam Morsy

Doncaster are after Ollie Banks

RE: Summer Transfer Thread - Dancingwilldoit - 27-07-2015

Matt, where did you get the Rotherham are after Tendayi from. I know Steve Evans is rumored to be after anything on 2 legs that can kick a ball but I haven't seen anything?

I understand that MK Dons and Rotherham are interested in signing Tendayi Darikwa #rufc #mkdons

RE: Summer Transfer Thread - bluepooch - 27-07-2015

Why would Tendayi want to take a step back and sign for the Fatman ? He deserves better than that .

RE: Summer Transfer Thread - Devongone - 27-07-2015

I'd say MK DONS need to put £300,000 on their offer to get Morsy.

If Doncaster will buy Banks I might let 'em.

If Tendayi wants to better himself you've listed four better places than Rotherham.

Any rumours who Deano is looking at in M&S?

MK Dons might be coming back with a £400,000 bid for Morsy

Rumour that we are signing the trialist goalkeeper Alex Cairns and the other rumour is that we are going to sign Jamal Campbell-Ryce from Sheffield United as a replacement for Sam Clucas.
