The chairman should have been comprising a shortlist over a month ago if not months.
Negotiations should have begun with said targets the minute Darren's Car pulled out of the Car park.
He's moving too slowly to look like he's grasped how things work.
His lack of sense of urgency is worrying.
There's so rarely any fluidity in positive forward progression at the Club. It's always stop-start.
This Paixao fella, I'm not sure what he advises exactly; but he's visibly poor if Chansiris attitude and understanding of the game are anything to go by.

Fizz gone confirmed ..we get compo due to him.being offered a contract and under 24 .
Can't blame the lad either as it's always a toss up with another manager .
Was Johnson offered another contract ? Not sure he'll stick around either if Ipswich have come in for him .
Dean smith wants the job and has been approached.. not sure how I feel about him ..he's obviously no mug but his last 2 clubs he's took down hardly insperational is it ..and with him comes JT who only cares about JT

Still buggerall surely he has to know the new manager by now he can't be this stupid ? While I don't think it's a problem yet the transfers as it's all going to be last minute stuff anyway as every other team isn't doing much more business anyway !! It would surely help to see who we need for the system we will take on most managers these days can only revert to 2 systems at a push ...the positive is i won't be missing 3-5-2 that's for sure and pissing around at the back ..Jesus in this league we would have been murdered in the first 10 minutes ..
