The article says he is a 25 year old quality assurance analyst, so I doubt it unless he was a child prodigy. Other than that, there's no mention of him. It's all about 2Tone acts.

Well, this is interesting. Town's oldest player has been found,alive and well, living in Bridlington at the ripe old age of 100.

He had been a teammate of Graham’s and played at Leeds Road between 1943 and 1950 before an injury ended his playing career. However, in early February this year, Graham Bailey was tracked down and found to be alive and well and living with his wife in Bridlington.
