Both Ex England internationals are available ???

Clyne would be a massive gamble as he's not played for over a year since doing his ACL.

I read he was on trial with Palace a few weeks ago. The fact he hasn't signed might tell us something about his fitness. Only 30 though, so worth a trial.

I read earlier today that Danny Rose has been left out of Spurs Europa League squad, so unless he's been released just now, he wouldn't be available until Jan.

If someone came in for Rose I'm sure they would release him?
Anyone who joins who is a fitness risk has to be a pay on play deal - we don't want any more hydropool players
If Sturridge wages are £100k/wk I'd take him on pay on play deal.
King - if we could get him would be cheaper and a better buy then Grant, but that's just my opinion of course.
As it stands it looks as though we have to move players on before we can sign anyone else.
Interesting times ahead.

Sorry blue but King’s price is 17 mill and he doesn’t want to come he’s after a bigger club. It will be Grant I don’t know why but I’m sure he will come as it’s a deal he wants and we have wanted since January.

Your probably right, I read somewhere King's price was £10 million to be paid over 4 payments. I found it. Was on West Brom News.
After Grosicki's performance we may as well make him CF if we cant get anyone ?

There is still a free on offer a fellow compatriot of Bilic, could he come in along with Grant. Super Mario Mandzukic better option for me than Deeney and I like Deeney.

I read somewhere he wants a large signing on fee and £120k a week thats a lot for us to find unless we ship a few out ?

What is it with all these free agents wanting large sign on fees, they should be grateful clubs are prepared to take a chance on them. Lets face it if they were half as good in reality, as they are in their own imaginations, they would not be free agents, looking for a club.

1) Greed
2) Over inflated egos
3) Stupidity
4) As above regarding their agents

Maybe /probably be hopelessly wrong here, but I've got a positive feeling about us getting the 2/3* players we need during the next week Thumb up Cool Thumb up

It's gone quiet, signing players who have been relegated from the PL is not always the smartest move. They have already proved they ain't good enough. We should be focused on the up and coming not the down and going.
History lessons needed ???

This is a little off topic and almost a week old, but still a transfer story, even though we have suspected this for years, Harry Rednapp finally puts his hands up and admits the Odemwingie debacle was all his fault and admits telling PO's agent to have him to drive down to QPR, he just did not expect him to turn up at the ground , thinking he would go to a hotel.
