RE: Match Thread - SWFC v Nottingham Forest - Statesideowl - 31-10-2015 Had a few chances to wrap this up to 2-0 We're improving though, some of the passng has been great to watch 10 unbeaten now 3pts Reading scab a draw so we're 8th on GD.. it's tough at the top RE: Match Thread - SWFC v Nottingham Forest - Was Wereham Owl - 31-10-2015 Well played Wednesday ,10 unbeaten, players deserve some credit today, everyone played well (apart from Nuihu), we're actually looking a GOOD footballing side, and on another day we would have won that one by 4 goals ..onwards & upwards guys RE: Match Thread - SWFC v Nottingham Forest - peiowl - 31-10-2015 Can't wait for it imre. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Match Thread - SWFC v Nottingham Forest - St Charles Owl - 31-10-2015 A very good three points, a comfortable performance in the end with the bulk of the possession and plenty of attempts on and off target. Overall, its job done, keeps the run going, rested a couple of players and gave some others a run out, including Hooper's debut once he finally got on. These are the games we would have either lost or been sucker punched in the past, but we seem to be better than that now and that bodes well for the future!!!! RE: Match Thread - SWFC v Nottingham Forest - peiowl - 31-10-2015 I know you lot are fed up with me banging on about nuhiu. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() but will someone please explain to me what he was doing out there at all today??? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Match Thread - SWFC v Nottingham Forest - St Charles Owl - 31-10-2015 (31-10-2015, 18:59)peiowl Wrote: I know you lot are fed up with me banging on about nuhiu. I'm not fed up with it, you have stuck to your guns with your opinion. I have flip-flopped on Nuhiu, he has played well some games this season and been an important part of some of the wins in the run we have going. But Joao has proved recently that he is simply a better player and I expect Hooper to overtake him in the pecking order in the next week or so. As for why he played today, CC obviously thought Joao needed a rest and Hooper wasn't either fit or ready with the tactics, if that was the thinking then Nuhiu was the only one left. Now though, that should change!! |
