SCO. A metaphor comes to mind. Something about a silk purse and sow's ear. I'm glad you remain optimistic because all I saw today was sows' ears. Remind me. How many of those games where you say we played well did we actually win?

Pei, you can count on one hand the good performances this season - L**ds at home, Villa away and at home, Forest away, Derby at home - am I missing any others? I’m not optimistic at the moment, I am trying to be realistic. We were dropping like a stone under Carlos, Bullen got one decent result and then Jos came in. Jos managed to stop us conceding like a sieve, sure we couldn’t score but we picked up three very good 0-0 draws. Since then we have been a real Jekyll & Hyde team, with poor team performances and poor individual performances like Birmingham.

I don’t know where we go from here, he just has to keep trying things but we need 3 wins or 2 wins and three draws and we will be fine, thats the one and only goal!!

I'm not saying CC would have done any better and I was one of those who wanted to see him go. I guess it's really not sunk in until today's game just how bad we are with the squad that is not injured. I don't want to say we'll go down because I don't want to see that happen. But, it could happen if we keep playing like we did today.

Birmingham have sacked Cotterill. Birmingham have won only 8 games out of 35, but managed to do the double over us naturally.

if we keep playing like today we will be bottom of the league in 3 weeks Sick but hopefully we will pick up at least 4pts now in the next 2 home games although both teams we play are bogey ones Big mick & The Noblot Doh then its a yorkshire derby the last big game of this afwull season Sad it would be nice to take 9pts over the next 3 games obviously and finish it there ... start sizeing up the flip flops for the ones we want to keep Cool which at the moment is about 3 pairs Whistle

The game against Ipswich on tuesday isnt going to be nice on the eye infact start poking them out now lads Whistle Unless he gives Clare and reach the time and space they need to attack the defence rather than fitting square pegs into round holes like he did with todays system Doh it was real carlos syndrome today infact if youd been away for 3 months you wouldnt have guessed that Carlos had gone Doh back passing suicide football and getting a nose bleed on the opponets 25 yard line Doh

well does this mean that Birmingham will pull there socks up now ?

just been having a statistical look at things as trying to work out what we did on a football pitch yesterday is beyond me Whistle

and here it is last seasons table https://www.fctables.com/england/championship/2016_2017/ dont get depressed yes that is us in 4th position and it will probably be our highest finish for the next few seasons anyway Whistle

we are now concentrating on not getting relegated because i think sneaking the playoffs is way out Whistle and what we see is that Forest were lucky not to go down on 51pts the same as Blackburn only 2 goals better off on -12 .

we are on -11 already Sad and if 52pts was the safest bet then we now need 15pts from eleven games Smartass

Home games
Ipswich
Bolton
Preston
Fulham
Reading
Norwich

Away games
Leeds
Sunderland
QPR
Hull
Wolves

So thats six home games and 5 away in our favour Thumb up

Personaly its cheered me up as apart from Fulham all the home games are winnable Thumb up but we are going to have to start of quick as these next two fixtures are the last of back to back home games so advantage will be lost after the Bolton game Whistle
