I'm beginning to think Jaoa isn't up to scratch either. Strange how he had such a promising start when he joined the club.

He is still young enough to improve, but not sure we have the luxury to wait for him to improve!!! We have missed Hooper but he isn't the prolific scorer we need either. Hate to mention the word, but Rhodes is who we need!!! Whistle

IMRES NO BULLSHIT RATINGS

Up a little early as ive been asked to do the Wolves Thread  Thumb up

WESTWOOD 8 Made some good saves and was our only attacking option with his kicks ! unlucky for the goal as i think it took a deflection from Hutch and bobbled over him  Doh

PALMER 4 Run ragged bye the ever so talented mcdiddlydo  Doh  his attacking was weak and also his defending today ( still a better option than Hunt though i feel  Doh  ................ money is needed in this department at the end of the season because lets face it there arnt any players around at the moment  Doh  so untill then a premiership loan is needed  Thumb up

PUDIL 7 Two decent games on the trot Huh He attacked well down the flank today only to be let down with the lack of options in front of him he also defended well Huh

LOOVENS 8 Cant say he put a foot wrong good solid defending Thumb up

LEES 8 Solid defending the same as loovens Thumb up

HUTCH MOM8 Played as a centerback rather than a midfielder and was as solid as a rock yet again and thanks to him him took away 1 point as Preston could have killed the game if not for that brilliant tackle

BANNAN 6 Ponced around and more than once gave cheep passes away . but to be fair to him he had no options in front of him

REACH 6 That goal as his saving grace but he had a shocker but again the options in front of him where zero and he looks very very tired . problem is we cant rest him as he with lee gives us energy Thumb up

FLETCHER 6 Not the goalscorer we all wanted and thought he might be , he has now become a better Nuhui type player who when played in a 3 can do something and if played on his jacks can do feff all . we need hooper back sharpish Thumb down

NUHUI 5 Offers nothing upfront as we all know Doh but defended well saving us twice today hopefully Bolton wankererus or the pigs will see him as the perfect match for there shite football and sign him up

WALLACE 5 Rubbish today looking like an old man which he is ! hopefully our new signing will start on monday Thumb up

HUNT 3 Got his chance to prove he is better than palmer and his first feffing touch he gave the ball away Doh complete and utter Rubbish the door please Thumb down

JOAO 6 Never looked like scoring when he cane on but he did ask questions of preston that hadnt been asked all match . still not good enough and i dont think he ever will be Thumb down

JONES 7 Made a slight difference in midfield but like Bannan he gave some cheap balls away must improve Thumb up

CC 5 When i saw the lineup i thought yep hes trying to wing it again Doh how he can play Nuhui and Fletcher upfront together is beyond me Angry two battering rams playing the ball to a bunch of midfielders that cant shoot for shit Doh he should have put 5 across midfield from the start and maybe we might have got into the game and had a shot on goal Whistle at least we know now that he will field his strongest team monday because we have saturday of in the Facup following Thumb up very very lucky today but a very good points tally from xmas has saved his bacon Whistle and any rumours that might have been ? have been put to the sword . now DC must back him in the transfer market and gamble on Rhodes and that RB we need Thumb up

Summary of the game we were as lucky as feff !! only Preston saving us from themselves they are poor at the moment under that Greyperson and wont get even a sniff at the playoffs last kick of the game is so sweet Big Grin 4pts cheers themaclad but i thought xmas was a few days ago Laugh

BML update.

Jacko got the score and scorer right.
Owlkev was closest to the number prediction.
No one got the results right.

Will update BML on Tuesday.

Where was Abdi today ? Not even on the bench.... the whole thing is baffling.

RE: Match Thread - Preston v SWFC - Statesideowl - 01-01-2017

I don't like a lot of it either, situations surrounding Abdi or FF.. Abdi is turning out to be another Matias.

Anyway, Happy New Year everyone.
