Rowett was doing well with very little financial backing at all!! He is another young English manager thrown on the scrap heap to be replaced by a big name foreigner!! Zola may have had a good playing career but his managerial career is mediocre at best.

I dont see it as bizzare as much as they are actually showing ambition to go up this season swapping Zola for Rowett giving them ( or what they think) that push over the line remember megson/jones ? and to be quite frank Rowett has never sounded a promotion not once he always goes on about improving like cc does zola wont care how they play or if he gets the chop not going up he will come in with big balls and go for it !! cc will be brilliant in the premier but im not doubting im pretty sure he wont get us there hence we will never know !!

CC says Bannan has been playing with some pain this week, will be evaluated before the Toytown game.
Why play him if he's got some pain, we had Jones who he could have used, rather have eleven fit players than 10.5, poor by CC.

Abdi is injured according to CC, as is Emanuelsson & Melo. Matias is running at the moment but not actually training. McGugan & Dielna getting paid for doing bugger all.
If half of them haven't left by the end of the transfer window, you have to wonder wtf is going on behind the scenes.

How disappointing. A few of those have been lengthy injuries so even when they recover they'll be no where near match sharp.

i think we need a break without bannan hes been shite this season all he seems to do is dance around in the middle hitting shots over the kop from 30 yards out ! Jones is a much better player of a through pass so no worries here !
