Not quite sure as he has already spent jail time for the crime. I think he would keep the conviction on his record but not spend any more time in jail, though I could be way off the mark.

No idea either. I don't think he can serve more time. It may be more a case of the victim being able to seek compensation?

Apparently if he is found guilty then the time he has served will stand as his sentence, so will be free to return to work but as a convicted rapist and on the sex offenders register. But the fact this has been sent to retrial suggests there is some fresh evidence that will more than likely change the verdict in his favor.
Not sure if this is brave by Chesterfield or stupid!! The circus that surround nods Ched will be in full swing now he has signed for someone, going to be interesting to see what sort of shit storm kicks off this time!! Makes our friendly against them interesting but I can't see them playing him in that one!!
