RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (24thd May) - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 26-05-2016 Baggie79 (reliable ITK) reports we've had a loan move for Luciano Vietto knocked back. The general opinion seems to be that we won't be going back in for him (£25m is the price tag on him), but hopefully it's a barometer of the kind of ambition we're showing this summer. Definitely would have been an improvement on previous loans, that's for sure. Although El Ghanassy and Scott Sinclair et al aren't hard to trump really are they I suppose. RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (27thd May) - Stairs - 27-05-2016 International Defender - http://readwestbrom.com/2016/05/27/west-brom-linked-with-move-for-international-defender/ RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (27thd May) - Salopbaggie - 27-05-2016 Henri Bedimo 32 next week fits our team age profile perfectly, i am sure he would scare the dickens out of some of the young pacey wingers. ![]() As for poor El Ghanassy, as I remember he only ever played three games and I think one of those was from the bench. That said played 3 games and scored 1 goal, if all of the our other outfield players had achieved the same through the season that would have been 126 goals and the Premiership title. if only the midfielders and strikers had achieved the same average it would be a 76 goal season and most likely the title or an average of 2 goals a game, a lot better than the .89 of a goal a game average the team averaged this year. Out of interest I have just checked his 2015/6 stats 15 games 5 goals and 3 assists, so still maintaining his 1 goal in 3 games average albeit at a different level. ![]() RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (27thd May) - Salopbaggie - 27-05-2016 Sandro to Sporting Lisbon. Todays rumour is that Sandro is about to sign for Sporting Lisbon for 1.5m Euro from QPR RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (27thd May) - Worldclassalbion - 28-05-2016 (27-05-2016, 15:56)Salopbaggie Wrote: Sandro to Sporting Lisbon. So he did, Stairs, but Goalie's our last priority! RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (31st May) - Salopbaggie - 31-05-2016 Here's one from the left field, Spurs are prepared to listen to offers for Alex Pritchard rumoured to be in the region of £8m. Can't see us stumping up £8 mil for someone TP did not want to play when he had him at his disposal. Personally I thought he looked very promising, especially at dead balls. Talking of TP and I know a little off thread, I see he has been drafted into the ITV pundit panel for Euro 2016 |
