If this signing goes through then for me he will replace Nuhiu and allow us to develop Joao. Hooper can play with either of them if CC sticks to the same formations like he has recently.

Don't know anything about Blackman, so can't say how good he is. I would be concerned at how many goals he has scored thou and the only season I have heard of him is this season!!! If happens just hope he isn't a one season wonder.

Unless the one season he is a wonder is the one which propels us into the Prem!!!!
Derby and Boro now supposedly also in for him, not sure how this one is going to pan out now!!

Daily Mirror & Daily Telegraph reporting that he will sign for Derby tomorrow.
Apparently we had talks today with him but he left to talk to Derby.

All this in the press stuff seems somewhat at odds with the summer transfers with super secrecy where nothing much was heard until the offical news and shirt holding or wearing.
Just wonder if DC is using Garrido misinformation to divert competitors from our true intentions such as 3 new Portuguese gems appearing.
If Derby have stole him then lets hope his allegeded attitude problems cause them a similar meltdown to last year !!

Yes, thankfully not us this time!!
The Judge transfer may still be on, time will tell but it does seem we are setting our sights much higher than before and dare I say it as high as a possible promotion push!!

I agree Washington. During the summer/Autumn it was McCormacks name out there with bids of 10million etc and before we know it Forestierei is signed sealed and delivered. If it wasn't a smoke screen I am not to bothered by missing out.
Sky sports had us linked with that CB Williamson. Seen a game with him for Newcastle at the end of last season and he was a disgrace. He wouldn't shake a leg for them. Seemed like a fella who would do more harm to a teams spirit than anything. Circumstances there might not have been good but he gave up, so I hope he isn't signed on that basis.
