We should have won in 2008, but got cheated in the semis by a Portsmouth team who couldn't afford half the players they'd got, and still had to hand-of-god their way to a 1-0 win. They're one club I'll never feel sorry for when it comes to financial hardship.
So yeah, a kind draw in the quarters, break our four-times-since-1968 semi-final curse, and we'll be in with a shout. Exciting times!

Really good game by Bradford against Sunderland this afternoon. I'm surprised the BBC didn't choose Bradford vs Sunderland to televise instead they went with probably the most boring fixture of the whole weekend Villa vs Leicester. The fixtures the BBC have chosen have been really really poor this year. The BBC are only allowed to show 2 games from each round and 1 replay and the rest go to BT Sport.

After all the 'shocks' in the 4th round, it was disappointing to see the draw for the 5th round only threw up one guaranteed FL team in the 6th round (from Derby v Reading). Credit to Blackburn and Bradford they are still doing the FL proud and, before Monday's game, the PL can now only get a maximum of 5 into the 6th round.
Can Preston Both Ends upstage that awful to watch side that is going round calling itself Man Utd and make it 4 PL v 4 FL teams?
I know they would all like a 'big team' if they are all going to go out at the next stage but it would be good for the neutrals to see at least one all FL tie so that at least one of the three (or 4) is guaranteed a day out at Wembley for the Semi. Other than Blackburn, as their fans can't be bothered to turn up and watch anyway.
Bradford will get their wish of a second FA Cup appearance on the telly no matter who they are draw against or where they are drawn in Round 6.
