RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Owlkev71 - 18-03-2023 Long range shot hit the bar then hit Wildsmith on the back. Ipswich winning, George Hirst with the goal RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Statesideowl - 18-03-2023 Ipswich and Plymouth were always going to win. It's really going to be squeeky bum now for the rest of the season. Unless someone slips up. RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - St Charles Owl - 18-03-2023 Derby now 2-0 down at home to Fleetwood. Them and Bolton are done as far as the top 2 are concerned, they need to be looking over their shoulders at Wycombe and Posh. RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Imre varadi - 18-03-2023 First game in hand coming up over Ipswich ..Plymouth unfortunately will win again on Tuesday night .. 3pts needed to stay top ! RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Statesideowl - 18-03-2023 Hirst and Luongo for Ipswich just to rub it in. Former Owls not doing us any favours. Hopefully Wycombe are kicking ten bales out of Barnsley at least. This must be Ipswich's 6th win in a row? Fking typical isn't it? Most teams would be looking almost sewn up for promotion with the form we've had but nope! All the wankers around us have to excel as well RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Parisowl - 18-03-2023 Agree with St Charles that Derby and Bolton are destined for playoffs at best. Already played too many games and barring a miracle can’t make autos. I think we have 8 teams scrapping - top 6 plus Posh and Wycombe for promotion or playoff places. Fixtures to come - Plymouth have to play Bolton, Ipswich play Derby, Barnsley, Wycombe and Posh, then Barnsley play us, Ipswich and Posh (last game). If we can get past Barnsley we have an easy run in until Derby but then it will all be over. Lots of points to be dropped by chasing teams playing each other. Looks tough for Ipswich. RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Owlkev71 - 18-03-2023 Barnsley winning RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Imre varadi - 18-03-2023 Barnsley win as well so in all a f#cking disaster of results !! Last night we slipped up big-time I don't care what yo say you have to win every game or we will be looking at the playoff choke !! RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Statesideowl - 18-03-2023 Results not gone our way but after Barnsley game we really should be winning most of those fixtures. It's the draws that have crippled Ipswich or they'd be above us, their GD is superior now too. Six wins on the trot is no joke RE: The Owls V Noblot L1 Match Thread - Imre varadi - 18-03-2023 I don't buy into the easy games when most are away from home ..if you can lose to Fleetwood in a big game then you can also lose away at Cheltenham Burton and oxford ..then theres the home games when teams shut up shop like Lincoln!! We struggle in these games where as Ipswich and Plymouth breeze through them . |
