RE: Irvine and his future. - Zinman - 30-12-2014 Can we please get someone in who actually wants to try and win games? After nearly 40 years of watching Albion I have come very close to giving up under Irvine. I believe we have the players capable of entertaining, we just need the mind set to go with it......and that means not Pulis. RE: Irvine and his future. - Worldclassalbion - 30-12-2014 SSN now have it in ticker tape saying Sacked To be fair to Pulis he had Palace playing well and was using his wingers to the max, Bollaise and Zaha. RE: Irvine and his future. - JH Baggie - 30-12-2014 Pulis to albion = Lol RE: Irvine and his future. - tidy - 30-12-2014 Here goes then guys. Let's see what the next few days bring. RE: Irvine and his future. - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 30-12-2014 That's the beginning, but it's far from the end. Now's the time to be ruthless. No more "jobs for the boys". Everyone in every department of this club has to stand up and be counted. Anyone who's been promoted beyond their level of competence - however likeable or eager they are - has to be re-shuffled to something they can do properly, and a replacement found who can actually fulfil the job description. Root out the complacency, give the employees (beginning with the playing staff) a good hard kick up the comfort zone, and let's cook up a plan for this football club that goes further than the next six months. |
