A 1 year deal... sounds about right for him. Either is sacked or scarpers after a year or so. I think we need someone more stable

Truth is that its going to be a right old xxxx up with this system that weve got ( new ideas ) this means they can all hide behind each other like at xxxx work ??? its not the way forward for wednesday !! we like to kill people off quick and get on with it and survive ( we are the best in the land at this ) if you xxxx with the fans youre out !! maybe for Bartha ( vomit ) we arnt vomit and we need a manager and a chopem chairman !! mandy fits the bill well , but he had no facking money !! so here we are in the world of the thinking fairy !!! to me its xxxx nonsence ......................

I like the new set up we have, whether we have the right people in it currently remains to be seen though. Offering a manger a 1 year deal is fine for me as well, get him in the job and prove his worth, if not we get rid pronto!! Thats how Mandy used to operate until he came to us!! We need fresh blood with new ideas who can implement a system that can be continued with a new manager at any time.

The Head Coach is just a cog so can be removed & a new guy brought in. Watford had four different HC last season but it didn't stop them getting promoted last season.
