We need a new manager, where is he? Typical Baggies no idea, no plan, no money, no manager.
The recruitment team have certainly earned their corn this month. As they did with player signings last month.
Knowing we have a massive rebuild in the summer they did a wonderful job with a couple of gems they got in.
Dowling is taking wages under false pretense's.
