Much the same format as last year, in that the Prediction League Cup kicks off next week to coincide with week 8 of the normal predictions.
The top 5 & bottom 5 from both leagues will split into 4 groups of 5, and on week 8 your weekly scores will also be points for the Cup group stages. The prediction league will be unchanged it’s just that your points for that week will also count for the Cup group.
The group stages will use points from week 8, week 12, week 16 and week 20 before the top 2 from each group will progress to the knockout stage.
The last 8 will then compete over 2 legs made up of your points from week 24 and week 28, which will give us a last 4 for 2 leg semis using your points from week 30 and week 32.
The Final will probably be the last set of fixtures for the season at a rough estimate week 36 or 37, if we all last that long Big Grin , with hopefully title winners, relegation places, promotion and cup winners all decided on the last “Super Sunday”
Double winner? Promotion & Cup winner? Relegation & Cup winner? or an underdog from mid table who keeps their season going till the last day.
As I said before nothing will change on the normal league, the very same scores will be used in the cup, just the points for certain weeks will just give you a chance of a cup run

Hope I can win this one it's probably the only cup I haven't won. You know I've already won the European championship, World Champion, prediction league champion (old format), championship winner my titles are endless just got this little beauty missing!!
