RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - Dingle-Dingle - 01-09-2015 FOXES IN THE RACE Norwich were earlier odds-on favourites to sign Jon Walters but they've drifted out to even money as Leicester City enter the running at 6/4 from 6/1. West Brom are offered at 4/1 while it's 4/1 he stays at Stoke. DD ![]() ![]() RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - wba_1996 - 01-09-2015 I'm just glad we are denying the Enrique reports, he is a shadow of the player he was at Newcastle. Not too concerned with Lescott going, but I think it does leave us short in the LB position. Anyone but Enrique will do me. RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - tidy - 01-09-2015 Was it just me? Did I imagine that Lescott was our best player last season? Am I going mad? RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - devwakey - 01-09-2015 (01-09-2015, 14:38)tidy Wrote: Was it just me? I would have liked to have seen him stay and us offload One of the others, but not massively concerned. he isnt going to make or break our season. RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - Bathamsbaggie - 01-09-2015 Hi All Been watching this board and the old 606 for about 8 years. I have posted before once or twice. I think Albion will get Walters and at the last minute Berahino will go to Spurs and we wont have a replacement! But hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised ![]() RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - betterthanbaird - 01-09-2015 Sky just said we won't be getting Joe Ledley. RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - Dingle-Dingle - 01-09-2015 Sky sources understand Nottingham Forest and West Ham have agreed terms fon a deal to take Michail Antonio to Upton Park.. The two clubs have agreed an undisclosed fee and the player is on his way to West Ham for a medical. DD ![]() ![]() RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - BaggieMan - 01-09-2015 So, have we added any pace or attacking skill or are we likely to ? Sky reconfirm SB not going anywhere which is good news, also baffled that Player of Season is off to rivals. Hope we don't sign Walters - never liked him and lacks class. Sess and Sicknote on offer but no takers which is hardly surprising especially in Sicknotes case. RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - Dingle-Dingle - 01-09-2015 We've slashed Saido Berahino from 4/5 to 1/6 to stay at West Brom after a lot of bets in the last few minutes. He's drifted out to 7/2 to join Tottenham. DD ![]() ![]() RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (31st Aug) - Salopbaggie - 01-09-2015 So quiet on SS about us other than Lescott off to the Vile and stating that SB is probably staying put that's it not even a rumour. |
