Just watched the extended dogshites and it all looked pretty much the same as against Millwall at times we attack with ease and were unlucky not to have scored 3 or 4
and yet again we defend like panic driven chickens 
So for me we have to sort this central defence thing out but its completley pointless buying a player if lees is going to be captain and keep his shirt
we are bangning our head against a brick wall with lees he gets worse as time goes on Leeds fans did warn us about this yet again yeasterday he was at fault for nearly 2 goals hes become another loovens ffs 
The first goal was not his fault directly as it was Bob at his carthorse best playing the forwards on and then not being able to catch the last man who scored easy
but it was his fault as a captain because he should be holding the back line as he is the centerback aswell and if that was me i would have screamed in Bobs ear to get the feff up the pitch ffs but lees does and says nothing The second he nearly gave away he was sleeping and got beat in the air with a ball that was not much higher than head hieght the forward yet again got in behind and we were let off
If i were Readings manager i woud be saying just pump balls in at lees all day because sooner or later he will give you a present
centerback needed lees out first step in the long recovery that is going to be this awfull season

Since becoming Captain Lees' performances have gradually declined. He isn't captain material and doesn't like the pressure. he's quiet and never shouting at people, which is a prerequisite for captaincy.
He did well with Loovens as Loovens could organise as a captain should

I think your spot on with this, Lees hasn't suddenly become a bad player, he is still our best CH, but he needs to give up the armband and just focus on playing.

he hasnt suddenly become a bad player ? he hasnt played a decent game since the start of last season yes hes been injured but when he came back he was shit ( 10 games ) and hes currently on his 5th game while being fit in the new season ! thats about 15 games worth of dogshit !! hes feffing useless as a back 3 deal with it or like dross just pretend the elephant isnt in the room ! yes he like you said blah blah we all know that but we are not playing that and we havnt signed neither will sign someone older with more exspierance like bath or loovens so hes surplus the end !
