ive no problems with putting matt penney at center back after watching how shit vennacio is and loovens will be out now anyway! when i saw him in the pre season he ticked all the right boxes
he is an old style english centerback and thats what we need someone to actually defend a cross or a long ball ffs 
if young Hirsty had kept his mouth shut he would have been playing in the first team this saturday in the starting lineup aswell

I’m prepared to give this new CEO the benefit of the doubt, but it is a strange decision. I am sure she was the face of the owners at Charlton and was carrying out their orders, but their situation was very different to ours. Currently we have an owner who is willing to spend money , their owners were not prepared to put any money into the club and ran it down, don’t think that is going to happen to us.
The one thing that is a fact is that we need a CEO to run the club on a daily basis even if they aren’t involved too much in the player side, but for that we also now need a strong manager as well.

Like others have said what a joke yesterday was. I actually can't believe it.
I didn't want Megson in as manager but now I feel that is who we need or someone like him. We really need a clean out and someone to question dc. Bullen did a bit yesterday in his interview and fair play to him.
