The craic from ER is that Stokes wants to join up with Stubbsy but Celtic FC/Deila are 'calling the shots' with their own negotiations. So Hibs will just have to wait n see what happens. As suggested in a previous thread, I suspect that Celtic would ideally like to wait n see if a solid late bid came in from an English footie club for Stokes - can't see it happening (not playing matches + his current stigma is offputting!) but you never know.

Henri Anier returned to Dundee United who I reckon are not gonna get Stokes loaned out from Celtic FC even though they've agreed on such a deal.
Stubbsy releasing wages from Anier and Forster to line up a deal for Stokes or AN Other???

I wonder if Sparky had a 'good word in Stokes' ear' re the possibility of coming to his favourite Embro football club? It wouldn't surprise me if that was indeed the case! I've already bought my Falkirk tickets in anticipation!
