Pathetic performance. Villa deserved the win. Foster needs dropping on current form, lost us that game today.

If we lose on Saturday I will be absolutely disgusted, Villa are dreadful and we gifted them a major survival boost.

Mad moment from Foster who's looked pretty shakey all night.
Annoying to lose like that but we got what we deserved. Absolute crap tonight - don't think ANY player can take any credit from that performance.

That was the worst display I've seen in a long time and as for Foster.... time for Myhill methinks.

On the balance of play that's probably the right result, but what a way to blow it. Just like last year.

Saturday evening, there are eleven men who've got some amends to make out there.

I know Myhill will prob play anyway on Saturday, but I'd have to drop Foster after that game.

Can't deny they deserved points but what a way to hand it to them.

I thought Foster had got away with things first half but I was wrong. Ideye very isolated, especially 1st half. Morrison and Gardner struggling to complete simple passes and not playing easy ball when it was on.

It was a very poor performance and nearly escaped with a point. We've maybe been spoiled with results under Tony Pulis, just unfortunate that type of performance came against Villa. They were so much hungrier which shouldn't happen. We are far from safe with that showing but hopefully just a blip.

Don't know if having Villa again is a good thing or not but excellent chance to make up for this debacle.

No point saying much because we're all thinking the same.

Does Berahino deserve better?

Fletcher isn't available for the cup so hopefully Sess will come in and our midfield might create something. Villa's defence is pathetic.

Will their confidence stay for the cup game? I'm scared tbh.

And most importantly...

can something please be done about Alan Hutton?
