I detest this Mowatt joining a rival, because we need to save his salary.
Our owners are ruining our club. Just give us our money back and clear off back to China.

Our squad is going to be thin bare with the current approach...

Clearly we are having to balance the books with every player we sign. So I get it, we need to free up funds for a striker.

But it just shows how badly mismanaged we have been if we can't balance our salaries so we have enough players for what is going to be a long, hard season.

And we've bought so much dross that we have some players - i.e. Ken Zohore - that just can't be shifted.

I don't think 3 central midfielders is enough, especially with our track record of red cards in the middle of the park.

Likewise, I don't think 3 central defenders is enough. While Bryan is obviously on the books as a 4th choice, the update from Bruce sounds like he's nowhere near fit.

We are an injury or 2 away from having to fill the team with square pegs in round holes. We already have that scenario up top.

Honestly don't understand what is going on at the club. You get a positive performance like Monday, which leaves you upbeat and then get brought back down to earth by us letting players go when we barely have a squad to field. I just hope this pathetic management that started in Luke Dowling's time gets eased out and we're fortunate enough to keep everyone fit. Although the latter already looks unlikely 3 games in.

Squad
Palmer button
Furlong TGH
Townsend Ashworth
O’Shea Ajayi Bartley.
Livermore Yokuslu Molumby Reach
Diangana Phillips Wallace
Swift Robinson
Grant
Injured be back around October Dike and Bryan
Promising Cleary
Waste of space Zohore
Loans needed 2 or 3
At present we have 19 fit in Squad 2 or 3 loans will make us up to 21 or 22 the 2 major injuries will be back by end October squad total 23 or 24 , 25 if you include Zohore.
There will be at least 2 loans a striker and a midfielder.but I also think we will bring in a defender.
Stop panicking we have a excellent squad that come 3 weeks time will be even better. I have total believe that we will be in top 6.

Delap (see thread) - killer striker. No chance we will get him. It’s seems the fate of the Baggies when these things are rumoured

Glad we didn’t get Davis, there are better out there. Looks like we aren’t after the young Tunisian from Man U. Delap would be good for us, but believe Stoke are in pole position with his dad being a coach there.

Need to keep looking and give Reyes another chance!

No surprise as Delap chooses Stoke over West Brom.

We have never been a fashionable club to join but when you lose out to Stoke things really smell ?

His old man's coaching at Stoke. That might have swayed it.
