[b]LAST MATCH

We could blame the ref, but considering our 2nd goal was handball and shouldn't have counted I suppose it evened itself out in a bizarre way. It was pretty good performance by the team despite having Boyd and Matias starting. It was an even open start to the game but Norwich striked first although Dawson probably should have done better. We weren't behind long as Fessi reminded us what a quality player he is by smashing one in from 30+ yards for a goal of the season contender. Hutch went off injured was replaced my Pelupessy and we went in 1-1. We took the lead in the first bit of controversy as Fletcher forced one in from close range although on replay clearly flicked it in with his hand. We had several other chances with Krul saving well from Fessi & Fletcher and Fessi firing narrowly wide from distance. We were protecting our goal well with Dawson not having a save to make. Then injury time, 5 mins somehow shown, despite only 5 subs and no trainers coming on. We give away a silly FK, which was then taken 3 yards further back from where the foul took place giving the taker a better chance of getting it up and over the wall which he duly did and rescued Norwich a point. It was a good finish but it was taken from the wrong spot.

THE MATCH

Onto our next game which is more important for our visitors, Bristol City. I know we are mathematically still in it but we all know this season is done with. Bristol are just a point off the playoffs and have a game in hand which could be crucial. We actually beat these at Ashton Gate earlier in the season so could actually do the double over them. Bristol do have an excellent away record winning 10 games and have accumulated more points on the road than at home.

Cant see anything but a win here if we keep it tight the first half ? that will depend on if westwood plays or not Doh keep it tight and in the second half watch them open up and panic for there points Whistle Borro will lose at Forest aswell Thumb up leaving the gap to 4pts but reguardless of that and even if we win the next 2 which is more than possible as QPR will already be on the beach Whistle Borro have 2 of the bottom clubs to play after in Reading at home and Rotherscum away Doh But stranger things have happened in this league so we cant take our foot of the gas !

Hooper was rested for this game so he will start and i think he will rest Fessi as he was huffing and puffing at the end of the Norwich game! Id like to see Joao in the hole behind Hooper and Fletcher as he looked super fresh when he came on Friday Thumb up the middle is a nightmare if Hutch is crocked which i think it is then Bannan starts with Umbongo for me Minge shouldnt even get a seat on the bench Thumb up i think we will see Dogshit and teeth start though which is the only downer for me Thumb down

Nice one, Kev

We really have played well since the fat man came in, there's no reason why we shouldn't be playoff contenders next season after a bit of tweaking.
