Also what players would you drop entirely, and what players would you have playing instead of?

I believe the formation would work as a 4141 defensively and 433 offensively. I would give either Brunt or Dawson captaincy.

Seems that when the question is asked what did Brunty say, no one answers it, yet all cheer him for saying it - don't make sense!
For me i'd tell them i want 200% effort every game, and if they don't I'd make it known they are a shirker so no one wants them.
Although the Sham have already offered £3mill for Evans at the end of the season, so at least he knows he's still got a job, although for many reasons, this being one, that shouldn't be allowed until the transfer market opens.
Any comments?

Because all that's known is what has already been put on here several times already - that he addressed both team mates and manager and questioned Pardew's tactics.
I can only assume he told his team mates to start showing some pride and passion in their performances.
