FA Cup 2017 - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 05-12-2016 Draw happening shortly. Watch this space. (Or alternatively, watch the telly and use this space to moan about who we draw) ![]() Derby at home. RE: FA Cup 2017 - derbybaggie - 05-12-2016 Oh great. If we lose I'm emigrating. At least it's not up here. RE: FA Cup 2017 - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 05-12-2016 Is George Thorne currently featuring for them, or is he having one of his eighteen-month injury jollies? I'm sure he'll enjoy the occasion if he's fit. RE: FA Cup 2017 - drewks - 05-12-2016 ...this has got the makings of a pretty short thread ![]() RE: FA Cup 2017 - BaggieMan - 05-12-2016 George Thorne hasn't featured at all for Direby in November so my guess is he's yet again injured. Derby fans thought he was going to be their saviour if I remember rightly but he was, like Sicknote, very injury prone. RE: FA Cup 2017 - Beefy 1965 - 06-12-2016 Scott Carson ![]() RE: FA Cup 2017 - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 06-12-2016 (06-12-2016, 02:52)Beefy 1965 Wrote: Scott Carson Don't laugh; against us, he's nailed on to save five penalties and score a hat-trick ![]() RE: FA Cup 2017 - Beefy 1965 - 06-12-2016 (06-12-2016, 12:48)Ska Wrote:(06-12-2016, 02:52)Beefy 1965 Wrote: Scott Carson It's a safe bet this wont happen ^^^^ However if it does i'll post a picture of me on here naked ![]() Meanwhile last night my daughter was playing the steel drums last night at Hednesford Football club on behalf of St Peter's school, christmas carols etc.... When they announced they had a mystery speaker to talk about professionalism in football over Xmas. To my delight the Great Cyrille Regis walked in #GOBSMACKED !!!!! Afterwards to my amazement after talking to a lot of people he still had time for a chat with me and said one of his favorite xmas games was a Boxing day Fixture against the Vile. A game i witnessed in blizzard conditions, when he relived his Joy at himself and Garry Thompson scoring three times in the last five minutes to beat them 3-1 ![]() Even then he had time to sign his signature and have a picture with me. ![]() My daughter even got on in the act when they asked for a member of her school to join Cyrille, Santa and members of Hednesford Football club to pose for a snap that will appear in the Cannock Chronicle this Thursday ......... What a smashing bloke .... Thanks Cyrille you just made my xmas ![]() RE: FA Cup 2017 - derbybaggie - 06-12-2016 (06-12-2016, 14:52)Beefy 1965 Wrote:(06-12-2016, 12:48)Ska Wrote:(06-12-2016, 02:52)Beefy 1965 Wrote: Scott Carson Met Cyrille a couple of times and he is a real gent, happy to talk and very genuine.
