THE LAST MATCH
Basically the last match should be consigned to the bin and left there!!
Not going to even talk about it and do you know why?? Because so much has changed since that game, the takeover is on course to be ratified (anyone know when that will be official??), we actually had a busy January transfer window including sighing 4 players on the final day and even though that result was shit there is a spring in the step of every Owls fan at the moment!! 
So lets not dwell on what is gone, lets move onwards and upwards!!

As we stand today this will be the last match that MM is in charge of us for. For me this will be a bittersweet moment! He saved us from at least admin at the last minute when he stepped in and took us over and he has pretty much kept his promise to put us back on a firm financial footing and moved up the league pyramid in the process. But he always said he was in it to make some money while he achieved his goals, and so we come to now when he has sold us to a wealthy Thai family who hopefully have the desire and money to take us to the next level, a level MM was never going to reach with us.
The club have asked all fans to be in their seats by 2.45, as MM will be on the pitch to talk to the crowd before the game, I would suggest anyone who can get to this game does so and gets there early so that you can give him a very deserved and raucous send off!! For us not able to attend, out of brotherly love and spirit I will be on WW early this week at 2.45 to listen in!!! My days of regularly going to games are now over, but I love this club more than I ever have and days like this one are to be cherished and I for one want to thank MM from the bottom of my heart, not for just rescuing us, but for making us more relevant and giving us some pride back in our club!!!

THE MATCH - SAT 7TH FEB 2015 KO 1500 GMT
Not sure how many times we have said this this year, but at the start of the season if we were told that at this stage we would be 4 points and 3 places ahead of Cardiff I think we would all have snapped the hand off to get that!! Cardiff have been disappointing so far this season as I am sure they would have expected to be challenging at or near the top, but like a few other ex-prem teams, they are finding out how difficult this league has become!! Still, last season was their first time in the prem and they got relegated, so maybe they are still essentially a championship team anyway!
We have played Cardiff a total of 62 times with our record being W24, D12, L26. Our last win against them was September 2009, 3-1 at Hillsborough, but since then we have lost 4 straight times against them!! Its time we used the energy in the stadium to our advantage and break that run of defeats!!

Did we win the last 3 games SCO ?? I was full sure we lost last week. Maybe I'm stuck in a time warp here and haven't gotten to see these 3 wins in a row or maybe you are predicting the way it will be when we arrive at the beginning of March with 3 wins on the bounce and nearer the play-offs. Bring on the good times !!!

The results are the opposite way round to how you are reading them!!! Most recent result is first, so our last 6 league games are LDLWWW.

Good try SCO !! Everyone is used to going L -R like Maddix and others have done and even on the BBC tables they show the most recent on the right.
