HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - Lord Snooty - 12-05-2023 Just been reminded that I haven't posted the thread for summer transfers yet. So here it is. ![]() RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - WakeyTerrier - 16-05-2023 I can't see Koroma being here next season, he has 3 other offers from Championship clubs, One of those will easily be offering him more money than us. One just missed out on the play offs and the other just got promoted from League One RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - Lord Snooty - 19-05-2023 Quote:We can confirm that we are talking to the representatives of Danny Ward and Josh Koroma, alongside B Team player Luke Daley, about new contracts with the Club, with their current deals running out at the end of June 2023. Any surprises there? I though the Ruffalo might've been offered another 12 months. Surprised at Daly not making the grade. But most shocked that Aarons was still here. ![]() RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - theo_luddite - 20-05-2023 Agree with you on Arfur's lad and Ruffles Snoots. and yet we're expecting the new bloke to bring in more and better players ...... hmmmm Maybe they should have learned the theme song from Minder !!! PS - who the !@£$ was the loanee known as Jordan Smith? Oh yeah, that keeper we got in on loan from the Florists. Wooden have known had I not looked in the forest known as t'interweb. RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - Devongone - 22-05-2023 I hadn't realised quite how many players you had. No wonder you hadn't got any money. Please don't release Rolando Aarons, Chesterfield might sign him. We always love having a couple of permanently injured players, capable of looking good for 15 minutes prior to relapse. RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - theo_luddite - 22-05-2023 I think he's the first one on the conveyor belt out of town Devon, along with some cuddly toys, an alarm clock, a bottle of fizz ..... ![]() ![]() ![]() Didn't we do well? Er, quite. RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - Lord Snooty - 29-05-2023 Matty Daly signs for Harrogate. RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - Lord Snooty - 04-06-2023 Junior Hoilett been offered a contract according to Twitter. But who's doing the offering? RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - theo_luddite - 07-06-2023 This "speculation" first surfaced in the Daily Fail yesterday and is now being repeated verbatim by numerous rags including The Unexamined by Dom Howson who does the Wendies pages for Retch/Yorkshire Live. https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/sport/football/news/neil-warnock-huddersfield-boss-nagle-27069859 It may turn out to be true/false but the lack of anything confirming/denying it on the Town website is deafening. He hasn't actually left us yet as his contract runs to the end of July, rather than the end of May or June - read into that what you like RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2023 - WakeyTerrier - 07-06-2023 (07-06-2023, 11:08)theo_luddite Wrote: This "speculation" first surfaced in the Daily Fail yesterday and is now being repeated verbatim by numerous rags including The Unexamined by Dom Howson who does the Wendies pages for Retch/Yorkshire Live. I got told that Neil want's the job but Sharon and his kids weren't as keen as his health hasn't been as good as has been portrayed If he does stay then I expect Koroma to stay as well |
