HTFC January Transfer Window 2023 - Lord Snooty - 05-12-2022

I'll get this one started with news that Carlos wants Jon Russell to go join him at West Brom.

Never mind Russell. The Hef has gone to West Bromwich. Sad

He'll do well down here as a stopper.

Good to know we've got rumours of young up and coming goalscoring forwards in mind. Whistle

Never mind all that. Rotherham are sending Scotty Highlands back.

Trying for Ashley Barnes as well

If Hefele wanted to coach and thinks enough of his old club to be an ambassador wouldn't it have been wise to offer him a job (as you clearly need coaching) instead of letting him join Corbrom Albion?

If I were Corboran I'd be trying to get Russell - as he's clearly no use to you now.

But you won against PNE. Even though they are currently on a downer, that brings hope. You do have some players, but I fear that win may be false hope that you can keep scoring, which is priority No1 if you are to escape the relegation maelstrom. Noticed your giant Hudlin finally started for Wimbledink. Dragged off by the ref for being naughty. (There's a Non-League goal scorer forty odd miles south who seems permanently consigned to the bench these days. The sound of a cheque book opening usually awakens interest just south of Sheffield.) If Thomas-Asante can step up at WBA, who knows? A flutter at long odds sometimes pays off.

Barnes was reasonable 2 seasons back ..... might as well spend the wages on Rhodes, come on, really?

Who do they get off us as freebies in this exchange of their offcasts?

2 goals 2 assists?

18-19 last time he scored double figures.

You drinking in Hebden Bridge or Tod by any chance Wakey?

Hefele started his coaching at Town this season, he was then removed from coaching shortly after the new manager arrived.
