Norwich City have appointed former Manchester United assistant manager Mike Phelan as first-team coach.

The 52-year-old was assistant to Sir Alex Ferguson for five years until the Scot's retirement in 2013.

I am surprised he hasn't been given a chance as a manager somewhere!! This is a good signing by Norwich.
