Andy wins his 1st competitive tennis match for a while and seems to have progressed unscathed to the 2nd round of the Washington Open. It's a case of taking "small steps at a time" and gradually building up his fitness levels while monitoring how his hip is responding to the rigours of competitive tennis. He has also entered the China Open in October. So his prospects looking a bit more positive than the disappointing events just before Wimbledon began.
He celebrated the win like he'd won a grand slam.
Absolutely in tears after his 3rd round victory - it clearly means a lot to be back "on the tennis circuit".
I hope Andy Murray can get back to the top of the tennis World. He missed the Aussie Open. He has had operations.
Really Rodney, what a 100 karat (carat, carrot?) plonker you are

Sorry, Andy, not Rodders

Laugh At least he admits it.

Sorry Rodders was only a 24 karat plonker, but Murray takes the Mint on this one, even if 24 karat is pure gold.

I've already got me coat. Whistle
What an idiot. Laugh
Odor-eaters are what he needed.
Stick 'em in the washing machine for f's sake. Even a 30 min wash and spin will kill the pong.
Been found apparently.

Must've been a good detective following his nose.  Whistle
Not sure if he was more upset about losing the ring or actually having to buy a new pair of training shoes rather than getting freebies from his kit sponsor.
