From Napoli to Chelsea appointed Chelsea manager has four weeks to hit the ground running
First game at our place then. Unless they're in Europa League qualifying first. Laugh
As soon as he gets there he'll think Naples is the greatest place on Earth
It’s going to be interesting to see how he does at Chelsea. He’s been learning English for the last four years so his language skills should be fine and now Jorginho has also signed from Napoli, he can use him to start his tactical work with the squad.

I watched Napoli a lot over the past few seasons on BT Sport and I think Chelsea fans should be excited for the brand of football he will bring. He’ll set up in a 433 formation and the tactics is a high press out of possession and in possession, it is all about verticality and possession. The aim is to get the ball forward to the front 3 through the use of short, concise passing and interchanging of players moving into space. Keeping possession is a necessity within the system to drag opposition players out of position and create space for the forwards and midfield runners.

The worry I have for Sarri is adaptability. His tactical ideas will not suit every single match. There will be matches where he has to drop the high press and go with a more medium press to cut out the passing lanes. He has done it with Napoli in big matches but there will be times where he’ll have to do it against the weaker teams. Will he have the understanding of when to change? We’ll see.

Whatever happens it’s going to fun to watch in the Premier League.
A chain smoking, homophobic racist who has never won anything, he`ll do great in the Premiership!
