According to The Telegraph, Chelsea are hoping to raise funds with a clear out this summer and Marco van Ginkel is one of the players available for transfer.
The 25-year-old has spent the best part of the last three years on loan with PSV Eindhoven and captained the club to the Eredivisie title this season, contributing 14 league goals.

Hmmm, Ive said often that I dont like Chelsea`s league of nations all loaned over Europe by the 30-40, Van Ginkel is actually Captain of PSV a loan player no less!
Sure it was Fabio Capello who thought he was one of the bright lights of European football (As did Mourhinio) mind you he said Jack Rodwell would be a National side mainstay for years to come
Anyway easy best move for Van Ginkel et al Would anyone believe Todd Kane is still there?
