Basket case of a club!!! They came down and were many people's dark horses for a relegation spot with virtually no one seeing them challenging for the playoffs!! On that basis what were the goals that Larry was set because if it was anything more than mere survival then they are another example of a club with unrealistic expectations and the manager being given little time to turn it around. They should be looking at what Villa did, appoint a manager with a longer term view and accept a year of consolidation knowing they have the parachute money to be able to rebuild.

He brought it on himself thinking that they would let him do a long term plan like he did at preston ! and the signings he made were just that average run of the mill team players !! sunderland nead a clear out of just about every player at the club so they need someone with steal to come in and clear the shit out ready for splashing the cash in january and now that will be just to stay up when it could have been all sorted in the summer although many teams have fell into the trap of the dreaded transfer window .. hopefully next season will be better and teams will have players to go and do pre season with instead of turning up 3 weeks into the season !! this was what sunderland needed a good start to build momentum and they just didnt get it with Larry the fanny !!

Spoke to someone who knows our assistant manager, problems in the dressing room with a lot of players with mammoth egos, maybe Darron Gibson was right

Egos in just about ever team in the world right now ! its up to the manager to get rid of them but if they haf arse it then this is what happens !! For me hes like our manager they go out and do everything not to lose and not so much going out playing for a win !!
