You know that old saying ‘do as I say, not as I do’? Well it’s making a comeback, with a superb example of it being displayed at Bolton Wanderers this week.
How come? Well new manager Neil Lennon officially banned bobble hats over the weekend, telling the Telegraph he wants his players to become hard as nails.
But hats aren’t entirely banned, with Lennon rocking up the very next day with a super cosy effort perched on top of his ginger barnet. Controversial.
