They aren't building a new south stand, they have applied for an extension to an old planning permission they have!! This is no different to us extending the planning permission for the world cup bid plans that we put together a few years ago. There is no way either club will do anything major at their grounds until they reach the prem, neither club can fill their existing stadiums so what would be the point!!

and no one I know will buy packages for a Euro league because the Champions League already bores them stiff so that will also implode or move to China where the population is remotely interested Cool
