That is completely the wrong way of doing things
that youngster will have been traumatised by the experience of playing in the first team and his development will have been set back years
He should really have been loaned out to a pub league team to get his head kicked in and harden him up a bit before being but through the rigours of coping with that sort of learning curve

Well that would be a disaster of a choice imo!!!! If we do get rid of CC, whether its this week or whenever, then we need to be so careful about who we choose, we will not have money to burn in the next couple of years, anyone coming in will need to be successful with the bulk of the current squad.
