No leaders in the team, that's why!! To make a change like that there needs to be a number of players who have the confidence and respect of the squad to be able to change things on the fly. Virtually all of the current team are bit players for their prem teams as well, they really are not the Stars the team is built around. Rashford and Kane have that potential but not many others.

You'll never be in the Euro or World Cup, Fred. Scotland are a joke at Football and Rugby (and Cricket, don't forget). And Mrs Crankie will never get you Independence.
